Spring is officially here, which means summer is right around the corner! I love this time of year. The warmer, sunnier weather, the longer daylight hours, wearing shorts, tank tops and flip flops, spending more time outside in the sun doing the activities I love, spending time at the river and the pool with my kids, all of this fills my cup.
But I know for many women, going into the summer months and thinking about putting on shorts, tank tops, and swimsuits can have a lot of emotions tied to it and brings our struggle with our body image and body confidence to the front and center.
Have you struggled in the past to feel good in your body, to put a bathing suit on with confidence, to rock those shorts and tank tops without a second thought, and to play with your kids at the beach, pool or on vacation without thinking about your body?
